Monthly Crafting Meetups

Pillows for Paws® holds monthly meetups where volunteers sew or craft together-- convivial (and colorful!) events for both beginners and experienced crafters alike.

Destination Visits

PFP has taken our show on the road to teach the skills and philosophy behind our mission and spread a message of hope in our wake. Click here to see how a delegation from PFP led inmates at Rikers Island in the process of creating beds and toys for helpless pups.

Brooklyn Sewing Academy

Help sew cozy dog and cat beds for animals in our city’s shelters. If you already know how to sew, jump right and beginners welcome with sewing demos provided. 🐾✂️

Nightingale Bamford Event

All ages are welcome at this beginner and family friendly meet-up to help make beds and toys for shelter animals. Help us spread some love to our shelter friends! NEW: CALLING ALL CROCHETERS: please bring your favorite acrylic yarn and hook, and come crochet granny square DOG COATS! Instructions will be provided.

Pillows for Paws is coming to the Staten Island Animal Care Center for the first time, hosting a volunteer event to make beds and toys for animals awaiting adoption. All ages are welcome.

All ages are welcome at this beginner- and family-friendly meet-up to help create beds and toys for shelter animals and share some love with our shelter friends.
